Jill (Weitkamp) Scott (’71) and Jim Scott (’68) have been together for six years now, having reconnected in Fort Thomas in 2019. Throughout high school, Jim was best friends with Jill’s brother, Harry. Jill remembers always having a crush on Jim, but figured she was just “the little sister”. Jim and Jill went their separate ways after high school with different career paths. After being apart for 50+ years, Jim and Jill reconnected. Jim had been living in Massachusetts while Jill lived in Fort Thomas. Jim was visiting his family in Fort Thomas and asked his high school best friend, Harry, for his little sister Jill’s number. While visiting home, Jim took Jill on a date on November 22nd, 2019. They began dating and now live together in Edgewood. They got married on December 8 and will be celebrating their 2nd wedding anniversary this December. The Alumni Association wishes the Scotts continued love, happiness, and success!
